Fitness Classes
LIFT - a 30-minute strength training session, Monday-Thursday at 06:30
SWEAT - a 30-minute cardio workout, Monday-Thursday at 07:00
PUNCH - a 30-minute boxing-based fitness workout, Monday-Thursday at 07:30
Killer Circuits - a full body workout to build strength, tone muscles, torch calories and burn fat, Mon/Wed/Fri at 18:30
BoxFit - a non-contact boxing-based fitness and exercise class, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:30
ChairFit - a gentle seated exercise session to promote health and maintain and increase mobility, Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00
ROUND 1 - A free family fitness class on Saturday mornings at 10:00


Boxing


Ten Count Boxing Club train five nights a week at 19:30 in the Ten Count Centre training hall. Everyone is welcome from absolute beginner to champion.
We have a large fully equipped space with twenty punch bag stations, boxing rings and all the equipment you could need. Boxing gloves are available to use and we have an on site shop when you are ready to buy your own.
We have a comprehensive coaching team which includes professional champion boxers, amateur competitors and England Boxing instructors.
Boxing training is included in our unlimited membership which is £25 per month or £5 PAYG.
Kids


We have two children boxing classes which both run Monday-Thursday. Kids BoxFit at 16:30 is a fun fitness session with exercises, fitness games and boxing basics for ages 6-9. Kids Boxing at 17:30 is a structured boxing class for children 8-12 to learn boxing skills and techniques with a full syllabus and grading progression. Children’s boxing sessions are £25 per month or £5 PAYG.
Kids Club is a free activity session for children aged 6-11 every Saturday morning. Games, sports, arts and crafts. This session is free of charge and supported by Stoke On Trent City Council.
Soft Play Area - Coming Soon
Other clubs, activities and half term events will be as and when.




Under 18s
Youth Club for ages 11-17 every Saturday at 14:00-16:00.
Ten Count is a safe space for all where you can play pool, ping pong, table football, work up a sweat in the gym or just hang out with friends.
Free of charge, this project is supported by Stoke On Trent City Council.

Our SEND instructor is a professional champion boxer (now retired) who has been working with children, youths and adults living with special educational needs and/or disabilities for over ten years.
Sessions are 1-2-1 and tailored to each individual and can include boxing, fitness and mobility exercises. 30 minute sessions are £10.
